Practice Day and Times |
Wednesday- 6-7:30p.m. and Sundays 4-5:30p.m.
All Practices are at Mount Mercy University Athletic Complex unless communicate differently. Athletes will be divided into different groups at practice based on age and experience - (Beginner Group and Competitive Group)

Saturday, April 20- Little Raider Meet: Anamosa, IA
Sunday, May 5 - Valley Track and Field Meet: West Des Moines, IA
Saturday, May 11 - Central Iowa Excaliburs: Des Moines, IA
Thursday, May 23 - JRC/ATC relay meet :Johnson, Iowa
