Wednesday- 6-7:30p.m. and Sundays 4-5:30p.m. and Thursday from 6-7:30p.m.

Practices on Wednesdays and Thursdays are at Mount Mercy University Athletic Complex unless communicate differently. There could be some practices that will be held at Kennedy High School track on Thursdays. Athletes will be divided into different groups at practice based on age and experience, and training groups.

Please look on our website for our updated meet schedule. It is the expectations for all of our athletes that they get to as many meets as possible for their family. You are required to have a USATF membership to compete at the USATF State Track and Field Meet.

Your membership includes: (April- June)
1. CRTC Shirt (That may be used for track and field meets)
2. Practices (2-3 times per week)
3. Meet Entry Fees
4. Rental Facility Cost
5. Workouts for the season
