I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effect of the weather, traffic, and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself, my executors, administrator assignees, do hereby release and discharge the City of Wilton, race sponsors and directors for all claims, actions, whatsoever, in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in the Wilton Eager Beaver Run. I also understand that the event director has the right to cancel this event in case of severe weather and that registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
