General Information

The Triple Crown is a running series in Lewiston/Auburn, Maine; consisting of three 5K races (YMCA Fit Fest-June 8, Emilys Run-July 20 and The Bridge Run-August 24) held throughout the summer, open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Participants can run an individual race or run all the races in the Series!

Each 5K is capped at 800 participants and offers USATF certified courses, chip-timing, refreshments, music, prize drawings and apparel for sale.

All 5K races start promptly at 8:30 AM

Your age at the end of year, December 31, 2025 will be used for entire series.

Triple Crown Eligibility

All 5K participants that complete the Series will be eligible for a complimentary Triple Crown Pint Glass. If you intend on running all three races register for the Triple Crown. If you sign up for all three races separately it is imperative that the information entered on the registration form is exactly the same each time you register otherwise you may be missed as a Triple Crown participant.

Awards

Awards to top male and female overall winners in each 5K race of the Series.

Triple Crown Awards to the top male and female overall winners that complete all three races in the Series.

Awards to top 2 male and female finishers in each age category (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+).

Gift Certificates for 1st place age category winners. Gift Certificates for 2nd place age category winners.

Award to top finisher in the Adaptive Division.

$100 award to anyone that breaks a course record.

Auburn Firefighters Kids Fun Run

A free Auburn Firefighters Local 797 Kids Fun Run will precede each 5K at 8:00 a.m. The run is free to all youngsters and registration will take place only on race day. All courses are approximately 800 meters long and designed for younger children.
