Event Details

When: September 23rd, 2023 - Race starts at 9 am.

Where: Illinois School for the Deaf. The in-person registration and check-in opens at 7:30 am at the ISD Football Ticket Booth.

Stroller, Wagon, Wheelchair, Handcycle welcomed!

Light refreshments will be provided by Nestlé after the event. Sign language interpreters will be in attendance. No pets allowed.

Students in grades PreK – 8th grade must be accompanied by a parent/guardian if they are not being supervised by ISD dorm staff.

You may park in the street or enter the parking lot at the Morgan County Fairgrounds off Grand Boulevard.

Course Description

Race starts with one lap around the track and then through ISD’s campus and then down and back on State Street. Race ends with one final lap around the ISD Track.

Proceeds

The 5K event is a fundraiser benefitting the Illinois School for the Deaf Athletics.

Registration

Register by September 1st to ensure that you receive an event shirt. You may register on the day of the race but a shirt is not guaranteed. Rain or shine, the race goes on. No refund.
