Event Schedule and Rules |
Weigh ins will take place the morning of the event and will begin at 6:30AM an will end promptly at 8:30AM.
The event is planned to begin at 9:30AM.
It is ESTIMATED (not promised), to end around 6pm. This is a BIG event and it may go longer.

Awards |
Awards will be given at the end of the event. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each weight class in the men and women divisions will be awarded.
Best pound for pound lifter awards will be given to one man and one woman in each division that is the best pound for pound lifter of the entire division.
