Event Waiver and Release of Liability

Liability Waiver must be signed in order to run or walk as a participant.  I do hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I have against the Earlville Community Club, the City of Earlville, and all participation sponsors and supporters, in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in the Fireworks 5k/Firecracker Dash.  I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for completion of this event and/or my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor. For runners/walkers safety, bicycles, rollerblades and scooters are prohibited. Strollers and dogs on short leashes are allowed.  I also understand that there is no refunds. Race may be cancelled or delayed by race organizers for the safety of all runners/volunteers.
