Event Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge the Sutton Community Home and Hillcrest View Assisted Living 1mi & 5K run/walk for a Resident event is voluntary and I am voluntarily participating. I hereby release the Sutton Community Home, Inc. its officers, race coordinators, volunteers, sponsors and all other parties in or in connection with this event from any claims, demands, or causes of action of every nature including injuries or health problems.

I agree that the above-mentioned parties shall be held harmless in the event of an accident-causing damages or loss of property or injury to myself. I have read the foregoing release and understand its terms and voluntarily sign below.
