My Signature below indicates that I know and acknowledge that running and walking a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event and realize that I should not enter under any other circumstances. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official made in relevance to my ability to complete the course safely. While limited police protection will be provided, I also realize that there may be traffic on the course. I assume the inherent risks involved in my voluntary participation in the event, which may include but not limit: falls, adverse weather effects, traffic, and road conditions. In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I for myself, any executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby hold harmless all organizations, volunteers, individuals, businesses, sponsors, and government entities associated with the Sister Cities of Greenfield 5K Run/Walk presented by the Sister Cities of Greenfield. Further, I hereby grant full permission of the foregoing to use my name and photographs obtained at this event for any publicity or promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me.
