Waiver and Release

In consideration of you accepting my entry in Run Like the Wind, I, intending to be bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, do hereby release and discharge all race sponsors, officials and volunteers from any and all liability arising from illness, injuries and damage I may suffer as a result of participating in the Run Like the Wind race whether pre-race, post race or the race itself. Participant assume all responsibility for their dog entered into the race, including their behavior and picking up after them. I also understand and agree that the Run Like the Wind or a race sponsor may subsequently use for publicity and promotional purposes my name and/or pictures of me participating in the event without obligation of liability to me. I have read the entry information provided and certify my compliance with my signature below. I also understand the entry fees I pay are non-refundable. I assume all responsibility for my dog entered into the race, including behavior and picking up after them.
