I know that running can be dangerous. I shall not hold responsible any of the parties that are included in the organization and management of the Wabash Nature Trail Marathon, including but not limited to Southwest Iowa Nature Trails Project, Inc., Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Shenandoah Chamber & Industry Association, St. Patrick Church, Sons & Daughters of Imogene, the cities of Imogene, Shenandoah and Fremont, or Page Counties. Some of the dangers could include high heat and humidity, twisted ankles, vehicles on the course, and other unforeseen things. I have trained properly for this event, and am aware of the dangers and stresses that an event of this magnitude can include.
