50/50 Raffle tickets are being sold until the day of the event. $1 a ticket or $10 for 15 tickets

Proceeds will be used for the Discovery annual overnight trip, needed household items, and technology for individuals in services with Genesis Development.

Genesis Development is excited to announce the upcoming event of the 2nd annual 5k Run/Walk here in Jefferson on September 22nd, 2018. The theme this year is “Overcoming Obstacles.” This event is an opportunity to raise funds for Genesis Development to better support the needs of the people we serve. We appreciated your support last year and it made it possible for us to have a very successful event! With our proceeds last year we were able to help our members by purchasing new updated items in our group homes, opportunities for special outings for our Discovery group and a lift for a van.

We hope that you will consider sponsoring our event again. This year’s proceeds will be used toward technology for our members, appliances for our homes, and the Discovery annual trip. This year we have 3 levels of sponsorship:

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP - $100
- Business name on shirt
- Up to 4 free shirts for any volunteers from your business

SILVER SPONSORSHIP - $150
- Business name on shirt
- Business as sponsor for one of the activity/water stations
- Up to 4 free shirts for any volunteers from your business

GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $200
- Business name on shirt
- Business as sponsor for one of the activity/water stations
- Included in our advertisements
- Up to 4 free shirts for any volunteers from your business

In addition to sponsorship, we are looking for participants, volunteers and “swag” to put in the participant’s bags. We would love to partner with you for any part of our event! We feel this event will be a great chance for the people we serve and community members to come together and have some good fun!
