Course:
- Race will start and finish at the Cedar Lake Loop in Cedar Rapids, IA.
- The race will be just under twice around the loop. Runners, walkers, wheelchairs or wheelchair racers are welcome.
- The route is a flat paved surface.
- Parking will be on Shaver Rd NE. Any questions, please use the "Contact the Organizers" button on the left on your screen.
- Snacks and beverages will be available during and after the race.

Willis Dady Emergency Shelter. Willis Dady's mission is to provide shelter and prevention services to the homeless and near-homeless with the vision of empowering clients
T-shirt Pick Up & Race Day Registration:
Race packets will be available for pick up from 7:20 to 7:50 AM the day of the race.
To guarantee t-shirt and/or size is available, please register by August 12
Awards:
Top male and female finishers in each group (wheelchair racer, age 17 and under, 18-40, 41-60, 61+) and to the top overall male and female.
