Update 7/14/20: After evaluating the risks, restrictions, and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we have determined that the Recovery & Wellness 5K run/walk this September will be cancelled due to concern for the health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and community. Join us to celebrate wellness & recovery!
Join the voices for recovery during CFR's 8th Annual Recovery & Wellness 5K run/walk. Together we can promote wellness and help raise awareness that recovery from mental health and substance use disorders is possible!
Individuals of all ages and abilities are invited to join us in celebration of the Recovery Month effort to raise awareness that behavioral health is essential to overall health, that prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover!
Things to Know |
The Recovery & Wellness 5K entry fee is $10.00. All registered participants will receive a t-shirt, plus snacks and activities following the race.
Late or same-day registration is allowed, but preferred t-shirts sizes may or may not be available.
Participants MUST be at check-in before 8:45 AM on September 19, 2020.
Kids, strollers, & leashed pets are welcome!
