Tentative Schedule and Age Divisions
- Sub Bantam (2000 and later) - 1.5 km (.93 miles) - Boys: 10:00am, Girls: 10:15am[*]Bantam (born 1998 and 1999) - 3 km (1.86 miles) - Boys: 10:30am, Girls: 11:00am[*]Midget (born 1996 and 1997) - 3 km (1.86 miles) - Boys: 11:30am, Girls: 12:00pm[*]Youth (born 1994 and 1995) - 4 km (2.48 miles) - Boys: 12:30pm, Girls: 1:00pm[*]Intermediate (born 1992 and 1993) - 5 km (3.1 miles) - Boys: 1:30pm, Girls: 2:00pm[*]Young (born 1990 and 1991) - 5 km (3.1 miles) - Boys: 2:30 pm, Girls 3:00pm
Eligibility Requirements
Individuals:
Current USATF membership is required to compete. Coaches should bring copies of age verification for all athletes in case it is needed.
Teams:
Only registered USATF member clubs may enter a team. All coaches and athletes representing the club must be affiliated with that club as part of their USATF membership. To enter a team, a club must submit the Team Entry / Advancement & Declaration Roster form. Only athletes listed on the team declaration roster form will be eligible to represent the club at the Association, Regional or National championships, as well as your membership on USATF must state you belong to that club. At each level of the Junior Olympic program the club must declare at least 5 athletes, but not more than 8 as declared scoring team members (specific instructions are on the Team Entry / Advancement & Declaration Roster form). High school athletes are not required to run in the association meet in order to advance to the Region 7 meet, but must be listed on the Team Entry / Advancement & Declaration Roster form. Please remember all clubs are not allowed to wear school uniforms; you must wear club uniform, and all team members need to match.
Team Scoring
8 athletes on the team entry / declaration form may be declared as scoring athletes. The top 5 finishers among the declared runners will score.
Competition Bib Numbers
All competitors must wear their assigned bib numbers during competition chest-high on the front of their jerseys. Bib numbers will be distributed to athletes at packet pick-up. If you are with a team the coach must pick up your packet. Packet pick-up will open at 8:00am.
Event Results
During competition, event results will be posted. In addition, event results will be posted at www.theendresultco.com, www.usatf.org and www.inusatf.org.
Awards
USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the top ten individuals in each age division. Team awards will be distributed to the top 3 teams.
Advancements
Top 25 individuals and top 3 teams in each age group will advance to the USATF Region 7 Junior Olympic Championships to be held on November 22 in North Chicago, IL.
All advancement/entry forms for the USATF Region 7 Championships must be completed, paid for, and submitted (cash or money order only) prior to leaving Association Meet in Indianapolis, IN on November 8th. The National Championships will be held on Saturday, December 13th in Mechanicsville, VA. The top 20 athletes and 3 teams at the Region 7 Championships will qualify for the National Championships. Entry Fees and Deadlines
Registration is online. Registration deadline is Nov. 2nd by midnight Eastern time is required to have your name on the t-shirts. Registration closes Nov. 4th at midnight Eastern time.
If you are on a team your coach must register the entire team.
Only credit or debit card payments are accepted.

Open and Masters Cross Country Championships |
Schedule and Age Divisions
Open and Master 5K Race are combined and begin at 9 am sharp. Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in the open race and the top 3 in each 5-year age group beginning with 30-34 for both men and women.
This is the only USA Track and Field Distance Running Championship in Indiana in 2008! Come out and take part!
