Event Information |
The 2016 Indie will include activities for runners of all fitness levels. The 10k and 5k courses, considered by many to be the most challenging in the Midwest, will take runners up and down the hills of Benson. We like to call them the Benson Alps, and we're issuing a challenge to runners from across the country to try and scale them July 31.
New to the race this year is a one-mile run for those less interested in hills and more interested in running or walking for fun. Also back in 2016 is the popular kids' dash, the official race mascot, gold records for the overall male and female winners of the 10k and 5k races, live music and more.
