$35 entry fee through October 21st
$40 entry fee after October 21st
$40 race day registration is available at the event

Nice long sleeve shirts this year but you need to be registered 2 weeks prior to race day to guarantee shirt and size

5K walk or run inside the Gates of Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines

Start/Finish in the Clubhouse parking lot

Medals for top 3 men and women finishers overall

Fun Medals up for grabs as well for example "best use of the color purple"...the rest of the categories will be determined and given out in an email leading up to the race

This years event proceeds will benefit the Greater Iowa Alzheimer's Association.
