Come to the St Jacob Park Every SUNDAY NIGHT @7pm Starting May 21St 2017!
Ross will be offering a FREE FUN TO BE FIT 5K WALK/RUN Program at St Jacob park with the help of some other great local student athletes! They want to help you reach your fitness goals by helping you run/walk a personal best in a 5K! This 8-week training program will start on May 21St at St Jacob Park at 7pm!
The Program is completely FREE and Open to ALL AGES AND ABLITIES!

THE ST JACOB HOMECOMING will be offering a 5K this year 7/15/17 at 8AM!
*The Fun to be Fit training is free. The actual 5K race held on 07/15/17 does cost.
