Packet pick up will be from 6:30pm - 7:30pm on Friday, July 18 at the Old Settlers Park and at 7am the day of the race at Imes Covered Bridge.

Vinyasa for Runners |
Join us before the Gateway 5K for an all levels free yoga session. Come warm up and get stretched before the big run. Meet us from 7-7:30am at the Welcome Center July 19th.
