Run it Forward 5K

What: 5K (3.1 miles) Run/Walk

Benefiting: All proceeds benefit The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation and The Kidney Cancer Association.

When: Saturday, April 23, 2011 9:30a.m.

Where: Sharon Woods Hamilton County Park, near Sharonville, OH - Pavilion Grove Picnic Shelter near Sharon Centre.

Course: Accurate 5K (3.1 miles) course beginning near the Route 42 entrance to the park and the Sharon Centre.

Awards Ceremony: Immediately following the Race

POST-RACE: Join us back at the Shelter for food, refreshments, prizes and awards.

Free Kids Fun Run: Following the 5K. Prizes for all.

Email Address: All Pre-registered entries that include a valid email address will receive an email confirmation of registration prior to the race and will receive their individual results via email.

Registration Fee: $25 pre-race entry or $30 entry day of the race. All entries will receive tech shirt and goodie bags with sponsor related items. Food and refreshments will be available the day of the race.

Shirts: All entries include ad free technical shirt.

Register Online: Register online through Thursday, April 21. A small service fee will be added to your bill. This is the easiest way to go.

Register by Mail: Register by Printing a PDF Race Flyer and Mailing. Printable Race Flyer (PDF). This is the cheapest way to go. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Saturday, April 16, 2011.

Late Registration and Packet Pick-Up: Friday, April 22, 2011from 3pm to 7pm at DeSha's Restaurant, 11320 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249.

Race-Day Registration and Number Pickup: begins at 8:00 a.m. at Sharon Woods. Race-day Registration fee is $30 and includes a freeT-shirt. Race-day check in and registration will be at the Sharon Woods Pavilion Grove Picnic shelter across from Sharon Centre.
