Bring your bikes to Lake Red Rock for the Annual Balloonfest on July 12, 2014
Bike the scenic and rolling paved 12 mile Red Rock Rotary Ride on the Volksweg bike path -on your own or as part of our group ride.

- Refreshments, including pie and ice cream
- Bike Safety instruction by the Pella Triathlete Club for your young ones.

Make a full day or weekend of Balloonfest fun including: |
- Additional Volksweg routes available
- Ride Amsterdam Hill if you have the heart for it
- 5K, 10 K Runs, balloon liftoffs, music, food etc at the new North Overlook Beach
- Disc golf along the path
- Swimming and Boating on Lake Red Rock
- Natural playgrounds by Central College near the ride start and end
- Resurrected Tin Antique car show in Pella
- Nearby Knoxville and Pella shopping and restaurants, Peace Tree Brewery, Historical Village, Racing. See www.pella.org/ and http://www.knoxvilleia.gov/

- Prices are $20 for single or head of household, $15 for additional immediate family over 15 and $10 for younger riders.
- Bike event limited to official route - round trip from North Overlook Park Beach at Lake Red Rock to Fifield Day use area. Start 10:00 - 11:00 AM- End 2:00 PM - bike as you want from there.[ulist][*][*]All participants will be required to sign a release (parent or guardian for minors) when you check in for the ride.
