$25 Fee. This is a timed two mile walk/run. Free beer, pizza and schnapps.

$10 for the "Jog the Dogs" One Mile Fun Run

Join 200 - 300 other adventurous Tulsa area residents in the most fun you can with your clothes on. TAT (Tulsa Area Triathletes) and TATUR (Tulsa Area Trail & Ultra Runners) proudly present the Fourth Annual Polar Bear Plunge. 2011 promises more crazy bikini clad, cross dressing participants.

Each year the course changes, this year it will be a two mile walk/run with three swimming pool plunges. Plungers must collect their finisher medal from the bottom of the pool. The press will be there to photograph and film all the crazy participants. Many of the men steal their girlfirends bathing suits and some even come dressed as Baby New Year.

Awards are usually given out for Hairiest, Whiniest, Youngest, Fastest Polar Bear.

The fee for this event is $30 if you don't dress up, $25 for those who vow to wear a costume..

Even if you are too SANE to participate, at least come down and cheer or even laugh at all the crazy's who brave the frigid waters. Bring the kids, dogs, and friends and come enjoy the fun.
