Join us for our Halloween-themed race and you will have the opportunity to:

-Run the 5K in your silliest, spookiest Halloween costume!
-Train to run hard and fast - we will be chip timing the race!
-Raise awareness and funds for NAMI's programs and classes!
-Bring your kids for a separate, child-friendly fun run!
-Trick or Treat with us at the end of the race!

The Trick or Trot 5K race packet will be available for pickup one hour prior to race time.

Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, NAMI Southwest Ohio serves Hamilton, Warren and Clermont counties. With the help of its dedicated volunteers, NAMI raises awareness about mental illness and provide essential education, advocacy and support group programs for people in our community living with mental illness and their loved ones. NAMI Southwest Ohio is a nonprofit, grassroots organization that addresses the mental health needs of our community, replaces stigma with understanding and helps thousands of families and individuals each year.

NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, support and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raising awareness and building a community of hope for all of those in need.
