8:00 PM: 1-Mile Youth Run/Walk - (ages 7-12)
9:00 PM: 4-Mile Certified Run

 Packet Pick Up Information

Race Packets may be picked up:

Friday July 12th, from 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Saturday July 13th, (Race day) from 5:00 - 8:30 PM

Location: Thrive Financial Building - basement

Please understand that no packets may be picked up after 8:30 PM on Saturday.

All registrations received prior to June 28th will be guaranteed a race shirt.

All participants get entrance to the event post party.

 Course Information

  • The race starts on North 2nd Street, Downtown Eldridge
  • Certified Course - fast and flat
  • Luminaries line the entire 4-mile course
  • Split times given every mile, water is available on the course
  • The Moonlight Chase will be professionally timed

 The Finish

  • The race finishes on North 2nd Street in Downtown Eldridge
  • Free refreshments are available at the finish line
  • Medical facility is available at the finishing area
  • Complete Race Coverage in The North Scott Press

 Post Race Party

Please join us at the Post Race Party for Music, Food and Fun - located at the finishing area.

 Parking

Parking is available at: the North Scott High School, Sheridan Meadows Park, and available side streets in Eldridge. Check our website for a detailed map.

 Special Safety Notice and Prohibitions

Because the Moonlight Chase is a night race, special safety precautions must be observed.
Wheelchair participants ARE allowed to compete.

Prohibitions:
Baby strollers, roller blades, bicycles are NOT allowed.
Pets are not permitted on the race course.

 Awards

1/4 Mile Fun Run/Walk (ages 6 and under): Medallions to all participants.

1-Mile Youth Run/Walk (ages 7-14): Trophy for overall male and female winner in addition to age group medals.

4-Mile Certified Run: Trophy for overall male and female winner.

Overall winners are not eligible for age-group awards.

Age Group Medals are awarded for 1st-4th place in each age category

Athenas: Separate awards given to Athena division for women weighing 160+ pounds.

Clydesdales: Separate awards given to Clydesdale division for men weighing 200+ pounds.
