*The hybrid system consists of 3 parts.*
- Instructional video (drills & skill breakdown
- Video Analysis completed by C8 Academy
- 25 minute Zoom meeting to discuss video analysis and further instruction

- No travel required
- Lessons can be completed at players convenience
- High level of instruction
- Personalized feedback and 1 on 1 Zoom Meetings

*How does it work?*
- Once registration is complete the lesson is sent to the player
- As the catcher is completing the lesson they will take video of themselves completing the drills
- Video is sent back to C8 Catching for analysis
- When analysis is finished a 25 minute zoom meeting is set up
- The zoom meet and video analysis allow us to provide the level of feedback and instruction that C8 Catching is know for
- Lessons are purchased one at a time in order of 1) Receiving 2) Throwing 3) Blocking
