Caney Mountain Bike Race

Parking and Camping in the field above the Stoney Cove parking area. Pleas contact the bike shop if you plan on camping.

Starting Time 11:00 am. Race day registration is from 9:30 to 10:30 am.

Race length:
First timers and beginners ~ 10 miles
Sport ~ 20 miles
Expert ~ 30 miles (if dry, 20 miles if wet)

Cash prizes for top finishers. "Woody" awards will be given to top 3-places in each age and class category. We will have "light" drinks and snacks for the racers following the race. A water station will be set up on the course. This location will be the only place on the course that spectators will be allowed to hand off water bottles.

Take I-64 to the Farmers/Sharkey exit (exit 133). At end of off-ramp take 801 South, which is right if traveling from the west and left if traveling from the east.

Take 801 south going straight through the US60/801 intersection (4-way stop). Near the top of the hill turn right on 826. This road crosses the dam.

At the end of the dam turn left into the Stoney Cove parking area.

Time and location of awards will be announced when you finish the race.
