You can be a HERO by helping feed and educate kids in need!
Join us for a morning filled with fun hero-themed activities while we raise money for Mary's Meals.

9:00 AM - 5K run
10:00 AM - 1-Mile fun run/walk
9:00 - 12:00 - Block Party

Runs will occur rain or shine at the Solon Recreation and Nature area. The Block Party will move inside to the nearby St. Mary's Parish hall if there is inclement weather.

Block Party Activities include inflatables, super hero cape decorating, ninja training course, photography mini sessions, bags tournament, knockout tourney (if outdoors), and live entertainment. Admission to the Block Party is free to runners, and $5 for any non-runners.

Proceeds benefit Mary's Meals, a global movement supported by people from all walks of life, united by the shared vision of providing a daily meal in a place of education to any child who needs it. They currently work in 18 of the world's most impoverished countries, using locally sourced food and volunteers to prepare and serve the meals at a cost of only $19.50 per child per school year.
