What is it? The BMC Strong Kids Triathlon is a 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike ride and 1 mile run challenge for children 5 to 15 years old.

When is it? Sat., Aug. 19, 2017 at 8:00am. Transition will open at 6:30am.

Where is it? Owasso Family YMCA at 8300 Owasso Expressway, Owasso, OK

Packets pickup and a practice run through will be held at the Owasso YMCA at 6:00pm on Friday, Aug. 18 at the Parent Meeting

From 6:30-7:45am on race day each child will be marked with a marker with their race number and age. This is placed on their calf and shoulder.

The swim is 100-yard snake swim. Children will start in 10-second intervals. Goggles are recommended. It is important that a swim time is provided at the time of registration.

All street safe bikes are accepted. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED! Helmets must meet all safety regulations and must be strapped on before the cyclist leaves the transition area. Bikes must be walked out of the transition area. PARENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE TRANSITION AREA!

All triathletes will receive a finisher’s award. 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place trophies will be awarded to each age group. Official results link will be posted online
