The event is free, but participants/registrants must bring donations that will go to the Bellevue Food Pantry.
Optional t-shirts for $12: Must register BEFORE May 17th.

Two Wave Times: 7am, 8am
What: Murph Wod: 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 Air Squats, & 1 Mile Run
